Maria Butina, a Russian spy or lobbyist, has agreed to cooperate with Special Counsel, Robert Mueller’s investigation of collusion between the Trump campaign and Russia. Her assignment was to infiltrate the National Rifle Association (NRA) to establish connections with the right wing. She may be able to shed light on two issues. First, did Russia funnel money to the Trump campaign through the NRA? And second, what other Republican politicians received Russian money?
