Biden’s approach for unifying the country and rebuilding the middle class rests on replacing Trump. But Biden was a part of an administration noted for its inability to work with Republicans. The declared Republican plan for defeating the Obama/Biden administration prevented it from accomplishing any significant achievements. And the Republicans were mostly successful once they had captured the majority in both the House and Senate.
At some point, Biden will have to explain how he plans to unify the country and work with Republicans. He was not able to do it for the last six years of the Obama/Biden administration. Biden must present a clear plan for working with the current, cult-like Republican Party. If he does not, then we may presume he believes there will be something about his administration to assuage Republican obstinacy that was missing in the Obama/Biden administration. What could it be?
